Return policy
We always aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products, but if you need to return an order, we're here to assist you.
You have the option to initiate a return for your online purchase within 30 working days from the delivery date. The items being returned must have been directly purchased from our official website or Instagram page. Once we receive the returned items, they will undergo inspection. Successful returns will be refunded as store credits within 5-10 working days, and you will receive a notification via email. These credits will remain valid for 6 months.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including tags, and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and directly purchased from jeanclair.com. Each item will be carefully assessed upon return.
Please be aware that returns are not accepted for sale items, purchases from pop-up events, customized/special request items, orders using promotional codes (excluding NEW10), or orders made with store credits (excluding gift cards).

Exchange policy
If you'd like to request an exchange, please email us at hello@jeanclair.com and our team will assist you.
Exchanges for your online purchase can be made within 30 working days from the delivery date. Exchange items must be directly purchased from our official website or Instagram page.
All returned items must be in their original condition, including tags, and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and purchased directly from jeanclair.com. Each item will be inspected upon return.
Please ensure that your name, order number, and "Exchange" are clearly indicated on the parcel for easier processing and verification.
Customers are responsible for all postal fees, customs duties, and taxes associated with returns.
Please note that exchanges are not permitted for sale items, purchases from pop-up events, customized/special request items, orders using promotional codes (excluding NEW10 and birthday discount), or orders made with store credits (excluding gift cards).
How do I return an order?
For all returns via mail, please send them to:

(We recommend using tracked postage, and please note that Jean Clair is not liable for any lost items.)
If a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to send the rejected item(s) back to you at your expense for prevailing shipping costs.
We retain the right to reject any returned item that doesn't adhere to the above return policy.

What if my return is late?
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 working days from the delivery date.

I’ve returned my order. When will I get my credit?
Once your return is confirmed, you'll receive a Store Credit equal to the purchase price of each returned item. Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds for return orders. Delivery fees or any applicable custom duties/taxes will not be refunded. Your return will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive it.
How do I use my credit?
To use:
- Complete the checkout process as usual.
- On the checkout page, select the "redeem credit" button.
- Any relevant store credit will be applied. If the total order amount is lower than your store credit, the remaining balance will stay in your account.
Can I convert my credit to another currency?
We provide Store Credit in the currency of your order and cannot convert it to a different currency.
What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible for returns/ exchanges?
You'll receive an email notification once your parcel has been processed. If redelivery is necessary, any related fees will be your responsibility. Details about return fees and redelivery charges will be included.
