What are the countries you ship to and how fast is your shipping?

For Singapore:

  • Orders over SGD80 enjoy free shipping; otherwise, there's a SGD4 shipping fee.
  • Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping costs SGD18 and arrives within 1-2 business days.
  • Pre-order items may experience delays during peak periods.

For Malaysia:

  • Orders over SGD200 receive free shipping; otherwise, there's a SGD8 shipping fee.
  • Standard delivery takes 6-8 business days, while expedited shipping costs SGD20 and arrives within 2-4 business days.
  • Pre-order items may experience delays during peak periods.

Rest of the world:

  • Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, subject to availability and credit verification.
  • International orders are shipped via DHL and typically arrive within 3-15 business days, depending on location.
  • Pre-order items may experience delays during peak periods.

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, an email containing your Tracking Reference Number will be sent to you for notification.

  • Tracking for all Singapore addresses is available here.
  • For overseas parcels, tracking can be done through DHL (Rest of the World).
  • It's important to note that entitlement to free deliveries is based on the final payable amount after deductions such as vouchers and promotional codes.
  • Please be aware that our courier rates do not cover customs duties. Any incurred custom taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
